All eight M1 deliverables reviewed and approved. Feedback from Adam Wing and SLP reviewer Alyse Royba incorporated. Ready to build.

Review the M2 engine build (Thursday)
Most of the M2 engine is built and running in the app — navigation, communication board, text-to-speech, core word bar, avatar/feelings, parent gate, event logging, celebrations, companion, and accessibility — and ready for you to see live. Walk through the build at the Thursday review and tell us what to adjust; the built pieces are still being refined. Still to come: the Speak-Choose-Speak conversation loop (lands with the M3 kitchen depth) and the guided first-run setup flow.
